Le gouvernement français veut se débarrasser du loup et pour cela il a chargé le ministère de l’écologie de préparer un nouvel arrêté dérogatoire à la stricte protection du Loup (Canis lupus italicus) en France.
Le 23 mars 2011, le site internet du ministère de l’écologie a mis en ligne un « Projet d’arrêté fixant les conditions et limites dans lesquelles des dérogations aux interdictions de destruction peuvent être accordées par les préfets concernant le loup » et a lancé une consultation publique (date limite : 11 avril 2011).
Si cet arrêté venait à entrer en application, cela signifierait la destruction totale du Loup en France, les anti-loups se retranchant derrière les tirs de défense et les tirs de destruction pour mener à bien leur sinistre besogne.
Pour nous, association Le Klan du Loup, nous ne saurions tolérer aucun tir à tuer. En effet, la population française de Canis lupus italicus atteint péniblement une petite centaine d’individus, ce qui fait que l’installation pérenne du loup sur le territoire nationale est loin d’être assurée.
De plus, le loup est souvent victime de braconnage et d’accidents de la circulation.
Enfin, nous rappelons que Canis lupus italicus est une espèce protégée par les conventions de Berne et de Washington ainsi que par la directive HABITAT.
Le président de la République avait déjà mis fin à sa posture « écolo » et affiché sa volonté de flatter le monde agricole. A un an des présidentielles, le candidat Sarközy passe aux actes.
Certaines associations, qui nous chantaient que le « Plan Loup » était bien encadré, ont ouvert la boîte de Pandore, favorisant ainsi le risque d’une disparition totale du Loup en France.
Au cas où ce projet d’arrêté viendrait à voir le jour, l’association Le Klan du Loup lance un appel à des associations comme l’ASPAS ou la Fondation Brigitte Bardot pour que, tous ensemble, nous luttions pour faire casser ce texte inique.
Ne laissons pas disparaître la biodiversité à cause d’une manœuvre électorale et clientéliste !
